2.1 Voluntary Gift: Your transaction is a voluntary monetary contribution ("Tip" or "Donation") to the selected content creator ("Streamer").

2.2 No Goods or Services: You confirm that you are not purchasing any goods, services, or products. You are receiving nothing of value in exchange for this transaction.

2.3 Gratuitous Features: Any on-screen alerts, text-to-speech messages, media requests, or shout-outs that may occur during a broadcast are gratuitous features provided solely for entertainment. They are not a purchased service. The failure of an alert to trigger (due to technical error or Streamer moderation) does not entitle you to a refund.

3.1 Non-Refundable: All donations are final and non-refundable. By completing the transaction, you waive any right to a refund under "buyer protection" policies, as no sale of goods has occurred.

3.2 Waiver of Disputes: You agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor (e.g., PayPal/Stripe) for this transaction.

3.3 Dispute Consequences: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute:

• We reserve the right to dispute the claim by providing this signed agreement and your transaction logs (IP address, device ID, and custom message data) to the payment processor.
• You may be permanently banned from using the Platform across all Streamers.
• We reserve the right to pursue civil legal action to recover the disputed funds, including all associated legal fees and processing costs.

4.1 Authorization: You are the authorized owner of the credit card, bank account, or payment method used to make this donation. You are not using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized funds.

4.2 Legal Age: You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or you have explicit parental consent to use the payment method.

4.3 No Money Laundering: The funds used for this donation are not derived from illegal activity.

5.1 Donor Responsibility: You acknowledge that this transaction is treated as a personal gift. You are solely responsible for determining if this donation is tax-deductible or taxable in your local jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representation regarding the tax status of your donation.

5.2 VAT/Sales Tax: As this is a voluntary cash donation with no goods provided, VAT/Sales Tax may not be charged at checkout. You agree to indemnify the Platform against any future tax liabilities arising from your characterization of this payment.

6.1 Prohibited Messages: You agree not to use the donation message/alert feature to send harassment, hate speech, threats, self-harm promotion, or unlicensed copyrighted material.

6.2 Streamer Discretion: The Streamer and the Platform reserve the absolute right to skip, mute, or block any donation alert without refund if it violates community guidelines or the Streamer's personal boundaries.
